Ceud mìle fàilte! A hundred thousand welcomes!
Colmcille Coaching is a professional coaching practice rooted in Argyll, Scotland — and connected to the world.
I work with individuals at a crossroads — and with anyone who senses there is a version of their life or work that looks different from where they are now.
If you have arrived here, something has brought you. That is worth paying attention to.
Walk Your Path. Rewrite Your Story. Arrive Where You’re Meant to Be.
I work with individuals at crossroads, organisations in transition, and anyone who senses there is a version of their life or work that looks different from where they are now.
If you have arrived here, something has brought you. That is worth paying attention to.
Mo Bheus My Ethos
Transformation Happens in Motion
At the heart of Colmcille Coaching is a simple truth: real change rarely happens sitting still. Whether we work together walking a coastal path in Argyll or meeting online across continents, the coaching draws on three interwoven disciplines:
This is coaching for people standing at thresholds — career shifts, identity transitions, creative restlessness, or the quiet ache in your gut or heart of knowing something needs to change.
An Obair The Work
One Path, Walked With You
Colmcille Coaching is for individuals feeling stuck, burned out, or at a crossroads in their work or life.
The work is a structured series of conversations in which you do the thinking, and I help you think more clearly. Where they serve you, the tools of NLP and Timeline Coaching are woven in — not as a separate resource, but as part of how we clear the way forward together.

Jamie Has Walked This Path
Jamie Wallace is a Professional Coach, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner and published author based in Connel, Argyll, Scotland. He holds an MSc in Psychology, MA in Gaelic, a Level 5 Coaching Apprenticeship (in progress), and qualifications in NLP, Timeline Coaching and COSCA Counselling Skills. His coaching draws primarily on NLP, Gestalt, and Timeline Coaching as methodological approaches.
He has walked three Caminos — including the 500-mile Camino Francés — and knows from the inside what it means to stand at a crossroads, let go of everything, and walk toward something new.
His coaching is grounded in real experience, rooted in Argyll, and shaped by a deep belief that every person carries within them the resources they need to move forward. The work is simply to help them find the way.
